How information from an estimate request is used and delivered.
Information you choose to send
An estimate request can include your name, email, optional phone number, project city or ZIP code, project details, preferred timing, and selected photographs. Adams Family Painting uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you are considering.
Our estimate form
The estimate button opens our dedicated Squarespace page. Squarespace processes the form, stores submissions and uploaded files, and sends a notification to AdamsFamilyPainting@outlook.com, our Outlook inbox. Selecting a photo uploads it to the form service; include only photographs you intend to share. Notifications provide links to uploaded files.
Email and project records
You can also send your inquiry directly to our email address. Messages, submitted project details, and photographs may remain in our business records to handle your inquiry and related work.
Hosting and spam prevention
No advertising trackers have been added to this main website. Hosting providers process information needed to serve and protect the website and estimate page. The estimate form uses Squarespace spam prevention and Google reCAPTCHA. Microsoft Outlook processes messages delivered to our inbox.
